Here we are back in the kitchen making thumbprint cookies. The girls really enjoyed making these and they were so good at rolling them and making them all the same size so they would bake evenly. They did a better job of that than I do. The girls took turns doing the different steps, but I think they liked making their thumbprint in them the best and then filling them with their favorite jam. How good they were, they didn’t last very long seemed to be a favorite.

Thumbprints are my MOST favorite cookies. My Mom and I used to make them every Christmas with apricot jam. My uncle is a big fan of them too! I haven't made them in years now, but thanks to your blog I now have a craving for them!!!
